6:45 Doors open. Please arrive promptly so you have time to get a hot drink (tea/coffee/ water provided) and we can start at 7.
We will lock the doors after we started to create a safe container.
7 - 7:15pm Welcome
7:15- 8:15 Meeting in sub groups (we will have the option to be in a group of women only, men only and looking for a 3rd facilitator to offer a nobinaro and/or mixed group at a future date)
8:15 - 8:30 Break
